Shipping Information

Please allow 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS handling time on all orders.
If an item is not available in our warehouse, we do our best to find your item in one of our other locations. If the item is available at another location, it will be shipped in its own package. These items can take an additional 2-3 business days to process. After it ships, you will be sent an email with your tracking information.

( Orders must be placed by 1pm PST, Monday-Friday, Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.)

 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information or orders returned due to incorrect addresses.
*PLEASE ADVISE : Signature Required to receive package for any orders that contain any of our “Premium” items.’Business days’ are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.If your domestic order is not delivered within the specified delivery date as found on the shipping table, Market Mark will refund the shipping cost. The refund will be credited to the same method of payment that you used for the initial purchase.

 Shipping rates and shipment time depend on the destination country. International shipping requires passage through customs, which may delay the arrival time of orders. 
Market Mark is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

We know how important your order is! Market Mark provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
We will always do our best to assist you, but Market Mark does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim through them.
